Durability and Strength: The polyester content adds significant strength, making the fabric more resistant to tearing, shrinking, and stretching compared to 100% cotton.
Wrinkle Resistance: It is less prone to wrinkling, which means less ironing and a consistently neat appearance, making it a low-maintenance option.
Color Retention: The fabric holds color well and resists fading, ensuring that garments and textiles look new for longer.
Moderate Breathability: While not as breathable as pure cotton, the cotton content still allows for better air circulation and moisture absorption than 100% polyester.
Quick Drying: It dries faster than pure cotton due to the polyester fibers, which is convenient for washing and for managing light moisture during activities.

TOQUES

The Sportsman Acrylic Cuff Toque is a classic 12" knit hat that delivers warmth, comfort, and unbeatable value. Made from 100% acrylic or acrylic/poly blend (depending on the selected color).

Design and Fit: It has a classic toque style with a total length of 12 inches. The cuff is adjustable and typically shown as 3 inches, which allows for versatile styling, from a snug fit to a slouchier look.
Comfort and Warmth: Reviewers consistently note the toque is comfortable, soft, and well-made with a nice, thick material that provides warmth in cold weather.
Unisex Sizing: The toque is designed as "one-size-fits-most" for adults and kids.

Embroidered Toque Washing Instructions

Recommended Method: Hand Washing

Prepare a Bath: Fill a sink or basin with cool or lukewarm water (max 30°C/85°F).
Add Detergent: Mix in a small amount of mild, pH-neutral liquid detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals that can degrade embroidery thread.
Soak and Agitate: Turn the toque inside out. Submerge it and gently swirl for 10–15 minutes. Do not scrub the embroidery directly, as this can cause fraying.
Rinse: Rinse thoroughly in fresh cool water until all soap is removed.
Remove Water: Gently press out excess water. Never wring or twist the toque, as this permanently distorts the knit and embroidery.

Our embroidery design are stitched with 100% polyester thread from Simthread.

Known for its incredible sheen and superior color-fastness, our thread ensures your apparel stays vibrant and won't bleed in the wash. Enjoy a luxurious finish that looks as good on day 100 as it did on day 1.

Washing Instructions

Turn Inside Out: This is critical for embroidery. It prevents the stitches from rubbing against the machine or snagging on zippers and buttons from other clothes as recommended by embroidery experts.
Wash in Cold Water: Cold water prevents the cotton fibers in your 50/50 blend from shrinking. If the fabric shrinks but the polyester thread doesn't, you get that wavy "puckering" look around the logo.
Use a Delicate Cycle: A slower spin cycle reduces the mechanical stress on the embroidery's stabilizer (the material behind the stitches).
Avoid Bleach & Softeners: Even though your polyester thread is bleach-resistant, the cotton in the shirt blend is not. Bleach will fade the fabric around the stitches, making the embroidery look "haloed."
Tumble Dry on Low Heat: High heat can distort the embroidery's shape. For the best results, air dry the garment flat.
Ironing Tip: Never iron directly onto the stitches. If you must iron, place a pressing cloth or a clean pillowcase over the embroidery and iron on a medium setting to protect the thread's sheen.

Printed Designs

Our Direct-To-Film designs are printed with a high-quality printer and then transferred to the garment using a heat press.

Unlike traditional methods, DTF allows for high-definition, full-colour designs that are incredibly thin and flexible. The result? Durability & Comfort: We use cutting-edge DTF technology to ensure your gear looks as good as it performs. Our prints are engineered for maximum durability and stretch, meaning they won't stiffen the fabric or lose their detail. Whether it’s 100% cotton or a performance blend, you get a lightweight, breathable design built to handle your busiest days.

Washing Instructions

Turn Inside Out: This is the #1 rule. It prevents the print from rubbing against the drum or other garments, which causes micro-scratches and fading.
Cold Water Wash: Keep it under 30°C (90°F). While polyester is tough, heat can cause the DTF adhesive to soften and eventually lift at the edges.
Avoid Fabric Softener: Poly-blends are already soft; avoid softeners as they contain chemicals that can break down the bond between the DTF ink and the fabric fibers.
Tumble Dry Low or Hang Dry: High heat is the enemy of both polyester (which can shrink/scorch) and DTF. Use the lowest heat setting or air dry for maximum lifespan.
Never Iron the Design: If the shirt is wrinkled, iron it inside out on a low setting. Direct heat will melt the DTF transfer instantly.
